There is something precious and fleeting about those moments during birth. Okay, so they don’t seem fleeting when you’re in the middle of a contraction, but in the whole scheme of things … it is just an itty bitty moment that changes life forever. I swore I never wanted pictures or videos. Now as a photographer, I realize the beauty in the story each birth tells. Every one of my children graced us in a completely different way. And I wish I had pictures to illustrate the stories we have woven together to share of each birth. A photographer may not be for everyone … but then again, it might. This is a space to explore just that. I will share stories and slideshows here to show just how beautiful and touching birth photographs can be
